These are the terms of using Brenda. By using the app, you agree to them. We’ve kept the language plain.

What Brenda is

Brenda is an AI chat companion designed for moms. She is not a therapist, doctor, lawyer, or licensed professional, and nothing she says is medical, legal, or mental-health advice. If you need professional care, please see a real professional.

Who can use Brenda

Brenda is for adults 18 and over. By signing up, you confirm you are 18 or older. If you are under 18, please do not use this app.

Acceptable use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the app for anything illegal.
• Try to break, scrape, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service.
• Share content that is harmful, abusive, exploitative, or sexually explicit involving minors.
• Impersonate someone else.
• Resell or redistribute the service.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

AI disclosure

Brenda’s responses are generated by an AI model and may be inaccurate or inappropriate at times. Use your own judgment. Do not rely on her for medical, legal, financial, or mental-health decisions.

Subscriptions and billing

Brenda Pro is a paid subscription billed through Apple (App Store) or our web checkout. Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before renewal. Cancel anytime in your App Store account settings or by contacting us. Refunds are handled by the platform you purchased on (Apple); we follow their refund policies.

Your content and license

Anything you type into Brenda remains yours. We use it only to provide the service: generate replies, save your chat history, improve the product. We do not sell, share for advertising, or train third-party AI models on your messages.

Service availability

We try to keep Brenda available, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. The service is provided “as is” without warranty. We may add, modify, or remove features over time.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Brenda and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $50, whichever is greater.

Termination

You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If we make material changes, we’ll email you. Continued use of Brenda after a change means you accept the new terms.
